Overview
ORIOR CONSTRUCT has been engaged by Ingenia Lifestyle Communities to deliver the Parkside Community Hub at their Ballarat residential development.
Our Approach
The Community Hub incorporates a communal amenity for the residents, consisting of activity-based spaces such as yoga studio, art space, salon, golf simulator, indoor pool, sauna and lounge areas.
Externally the facility has a bowls green, croquet court, BBQ pavilion and hardstand paved areas.
