Clubhouse
Overview
ORIOR CONSTRUCT were engaged by Ingenia Lifestyle Communities to deliver the second Clubhouse at their Lara residential development.
Our Approach
The Clubhouse incorporates a communal amenity for the residents, consisting of activity-based spaces such as yoga studio, art space, indoor pool, sauna and lounge areas.
Externally the facility has croquet court, BBQ pavilion and hardstand paved areas for night markets and cinema.
